As UST has grown our management team has understood that customer service is the fuel that drives our engines. To instill a strong commitment to quality customer service in each and every UST employee we have implemented an intensive training program and philosophy that we call “E3”: “Execute Excellence Every Time.” We make sure that UST employees know that E3 is more than a slogan – it epitomizes our company’s deep commitment to serving each and every customer to the best of our ability – from showing up in clean, neat uniforms in a clean truck to friendly, courteous interactions with our client’s customer. That’s EVERY customer. Every delivery. No priority is greater than fulfilling, and if possible, exceeding our customer’s expectations.
